Employee Engagement
Employees from companies of all sizes can walk together to end childhood cancer!
Start a team with your colleagues and rally around a common goal – all while improving the overall health and well-being of your team. It is FREE to register for The Walk for Childhood Cancer Research and we will equip you with everything you need to be successful.
Benefits include:
- Team building: Rallying around a common cause and team goal is a great way to build comradery and team spirit. Plus, since The Walk is a virtual event, employees from anywhere in the world can participate together!
- Health & wellness: Whether you’re taking leisurely walks around the block, racking up miles on the treadmill or simply counting your steps around the house, The Walk encourages participants to move in whatever way is accessible and meaningful to them. All of the steps that participants log throughout September count toward their team’s success, so every contribution – big and small – is valuable.
- Positive visibility in the community: By signing up for The Walk, you’re telling the community that your company believes in the mission of Children’s Cancer Research Fund and is willing to turn your momentum into action to end childhood cancer.
To get started, we recommend designating one person as your team captain to create a new team for your group and start inviting colleagues to join them!
Bonus tip: Start teams based on department or division and create a little friendly competition!
