The Walk for Childhood Cancer Research (previously called Time to Fly) is one of Children’s Cancer Research Fund’s signature fundraising events.

Each year The Walk brings together an inspiring community affected by childhood cancer.

It allows them a space to connect, increase awareness for childhood cancer and raise money to fund research through peer-to-peer fundraising. The Walk is held each September to celebrate Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. All participants are encouraged to fundraise to support the brightest scientists whose ideas are making the greatest impact for children with cancer.

Since its inception in 2003, The Walk has raised over $2.7 million dollars.

The Walk relies on enthusiastic and dedicated supporters who fundraise for many months leading up to the event in September.
